With more than 24 years of experience in transportation and logistics, I've dedicated my career to building strong teams, developing people, and leading safe, high-performing operations. I founded Elite Solution Organization with one goal: to build the kind of company Professional CDL-A Drivers deserve.
As a former driver myself, I know firsthand that our drivers are our greatest asset, which is why we're committed to creating a company where they are respected, supported, and given opportunities to grow.
